Terms and Conditions
The Lounge & Co.s The Loyalty Card program is operated by The Lounge & Co Pty Ltd and its affiliates (we, us or our). By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 To become a part of The Loyalty Card program, you must first collect The Loyalty Card from our store.
1.2 You can begin to accrue points immediately.
2.0 Earning Rewards
2.1 Points will be accrued after the purchase of any colour package.
2.2 Present your, The Loyalty Card at the end of your eligible salon visit, and one of our team will stamp your Card.
3.0 Redeeming Rewards
3.1 After accruing four (4) stamps on your Card you are eligible to redeem your reward at your next visit.
3.2 Simply present your card during your next visit for us to apply the applicable reward.
3.3 After redeeming your reward you will receive a new Card.
4.0 Lost Cards
4.1 Treat your Card like cash.
4.2 If you lose your Card, we cannot guarantee the re-issue of previously accrued points.
4.3 New cards can be re-issued upon request
5.1 Points are not transferable for cash.
5.2 Rewards do not apply on retail product, unless specifically stated or approved by us.
5.3 Points are not accrued on retail purchases.
6.0 Additional Terms
6.1 We reserve the right to terminate your membership in The Loyalty Card program if you don't use The Loyalty Card to earn or redeem points for 6 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 We may discontinue The Loyalty Card program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice in our salon and/or via social media to let you know.
6.3 We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each service and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at www.theloungeandco.com. Your continued participation in The Loyalty Card program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
6.4 These Terms and Conditions apply to The Loyalty Card program in Australia, and are governed by laws of Queensland.
