Terms and Conditions

Joining

To become a part of the VIP Program, you must first apply via the button above.

Membership is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Inclusions

VIP members will have access to various programs to suit their individual needs and inclusions will vary between members.

VIP members may receive exclusive access to special offers, VIP events and members only discounts.

Exclusions

Additional services which fall outside of the program can be purchased at an additional cost.

VIP packages can not be changed or altered once entered into.

Programs are not transferable for cash.

Additional Terms

We reserve the right to terminate your membership in the VIP Program if you don’t use the VIP Program as intended, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We may discontinue the VIP Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll notify affected members in writing.

We may change the VIP Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we’ll publish an updated version on our website at theloungeandco.com.au

Your continued participation in the VIP Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the VIP Program in Australia, and are governed by laws of Queensland.
